Supporting all marketing efforts through the design of forward thinking and creating graphic elements that maintains the visual presence of the legendary New Jersey Devils hockey team across both traditional and interactive mediums while simultaneously collaborating with the NJ Devil's sales and partnership department to create assets that are progressive, striking and friendly on all platforms.

With a following of over 1 million across all major social media platforms, my daily duties included producing social media graphics on upcoming games, events and announcements. Every post came in different sizes to accommodate the marketing and sales team to utilize the assets across all of the platforms.

  • All assets were based on the branding guidelines of 2017-2018.

GEO FILTERS

SNAPCHAT GEO-FILTERS



With over 3 billion snaps sent daily*, Snapchat has become a staple in the marketing world and has also become a personal favorite for the youth. Inspired by a speedometer, the design of the New Jersey Devils filter creates a sense of excitement.


The filter is used by the New Jersey Devils hockey team and can be utilized inside and around the arena. The filter also features alternate versions for special occasions.

Along with ticket sales, partnerships in sports are driving factors that keep an organization alive and prospering. Duties as a graphic designer included creating and presenting mockups of products, areas and sponsorships. These assets were then compiled inside the marketing team's proposal and pitched to the potential partner

During a partnership between the New Jersey Devils and Rovio/Angry Birds, a focal part of the proposal was dedicating areas inside the arena where the hockey game fans could go to and test the upcoming game/product releases from Rovio.

Everyone appreciates sports gear! The T-Shirt displayed is one of the many apparel items featured inside the fan zone sports store. The shirt is also a gift for the NJD group events. Group events are one-of-a-kind experiences for fans at Devils games and offers them a VIP experience.

An arena that sits over 20,000 fans can create chaos without guidance. With every event being hosted at the Prudential Center (NJD Arena) came requests for event-specific signs. The challenge lied in making the message on the sign as clear as possible while following the New Jersey Devils branding guidelines.
